Argyle Luxury Home — Failed Metallic Garage Floor Tear-Out & Proper Reinstall

A high-end Argyle, TX homeowner hired a low-bid installer to put a metallic epoxy floor in his garage. It bubbled, peeled, and came up in sheets because it was never prepped or installed correctly. We tore it all out, did a full diamond grind, and rebuilt the floor the right way — the textbook example of why cheap residential coatings always cost more in the end.
