Dallas Supplement Manufacturing Plant: Bare Concrete Wash Room to Seamless Epoxy

This supplement manufacturing facility in Dallas had a bare concrete floor in its wash room, where carts, bins and equipment get cleaned every day.

Bare concrete soaks up water and residue, stains, and is hard to truly clean. In a plant that makes products people ingest, the floor needs to be a surface that can be washed down and kept sanitary, and this one wasn't.

We prepared the concrete so the coating could bond to it, then installed a seamless epoxy floor across the room and around the floor drain.

Seamless means no grout lines or open pores for water and residue to settle into, so the floor can be cleaned the same way the equipment is.

The wash room went from dark, stained concrete to a bright, seamless floor that is easy to keep clean every day.
