Seamless resin floor in a pharmaceutical cleanroom production room

Pharmaceutical & Medical Manufacturing Flooring

Clean, durable floors for pharmaceutical and medical manufacturing, chosen room by room to fit your process and cleaning routine.

Pharmaceutical Flooring, Room by Room

A dry warehouse corridor, a production suite and a chemical cleaning room need different floors. We start with what each room does and how it is cleaned, then recommend the simplest floor that does the job.

Dry areas are often best as polished concrete. Production rooms usually call for a seamless quartz or epoxy floor with a chemical-resistant topcoat and cove base. We work overnight and on weekends so production keeps running.

Legacy Industrial Coatings installs commercial and industrial epoxy flooring, polished concrete and floor coatings from Plano, Texas, across Dallas–Fort Worth, all of Texas and nationwide. See our commercial and industrial epoxy flooring and polished concrete pages.

FAQ

Pharmaceutical & Medical Manufacturing Flooring Questions

Will the floor hold up to our cleaning routine?

We review your cleaning chemicals and procedures and choose a system that holds up to them. Room classification and validation stay with your team, and we provide the product information you need for that process.

Can you work without stopping production?

Yes. We phase the work and use overnight and weekend shifts so your lines keep running. Each room is released back to your team once it has cured, and the schedule is agreed with operations before we start.

Polished concrete or a coating?

Polished concrete works well in dry areas and costs less to maintain. Production rooms that need a seamless surface and cove base usually get quartz or epoxy. Many facilities use both, and we help you draw the line between them on the site walk.

What drives the cost of pharmaceutical flooring?

Room sizes, the system each room needs, slab repairs, cove base, and scheduling. Send us your plans for a full bid within 24 hours, or request a site walk within 1 to 3 business days.
