FAQ
For most warehouses it is polished concrete or a high-build epoxy with a high-traffic urethane topcoat, plus filled joints and line striping. Polished concrete is the lowest-maintenance option for open storage. Epoxy is better where you need color-coded zones, spill resistance or a brighter floor.
