How do you choose between carpet tile, LVT, sheet vinyl and rubber?
We look at how each room is used and cleaned, plus traffic, comfort and seam needs. Many buildings use several: carpet tile in offices, LVT in break rooms and lobbies, and sheet vinyl in clinical spaces.
Does every resilient floor need strip and wax?
No. VCT relies on a strip and wax program, but most LVT, sheet vinyl and rubber products use other care methods. We follow the manufacturer's maintenance guidance and hand it over at closeout.
Why test moisture under vinyl and carpet?
Moisture and high pH in the slab are the top causes of adhesive failure. Testing tells us whether a mitigation primer is needed before the floor goes down, which protects the bond and the warranty.
How much does commercial resilient flooring cost?
It depends on the product, square footage, removal of the old floor, how much prep the slab needs, furniture moves and after-hours work. We return a full bid within 24 hours of receiving plans, so send yours or request a site walk.
