We install traffic-bearing urethane and polyurethane deck coatings from Neogard, Hempel, and other spec-grade manufacturers. Every install starts with slab prep, crack routing, and detail work at drains, expansion joints, and terminations.
Systems are built in layers — base coat, intermediate with aggregate broadcast, and UV-stable topcoat — matched to whether the deck sees pedestrian traffic, light vehicles, or full parking-garage loads.

How long does a deck coating last?
A properly installed vehicular deck coating lasts 8 to 15 years with periodic topcoat re-coats. Pedestrian systems on balconies can go longer with lighter wear.
Do you install Neogard and Hempel systems?
Yes. We're installers for Neogard and Hempel deck coating systems, and we can install to a specific engineer's or property manager's spec.
Can you re-coat an existing deck?
Usually, yes. We inspect the existing coating, test adhesion, repair failed areas, and re-coat with a compatible topcoat to extend service life.
